Safe pick up process in the locker for specialty hardware items. The managers will audit errors in order or pickup often by video. Every location has good managers when the locker orders had mistakes in different zip codes. I never had a reason to have another credit card. I usually drive out of my way entirely due to brand integrity. Before the phone rings in the early am is ideal for drive time before the home office gets very active in one hundred ways.

Order WK29831115 — Avoid this Home Depot for contractor orders. Five contractors spent three hours at the Wilkes-Barre Home Depot waiting for this order 15 wasted labor-hours and the store still would not release the materials. I then spent another two hours on the phone trying to get the order canceled and the $2,449.51 charge refunded, with no resolution. John at the customer service desk was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Hunter, who I happened to find working in an aisle, was the only employee who made a genuine effort to help. The order was left sitting outside even though it had not been released to us, creating additional concern about the materials being misplaced or taken. Meanwhile, my crew had no materials and I had to send them to Lowe’s to purchase everything again so the project could continue. For contractors and property owners who depend on materials being ready on time, this experience was unacceptable. A delayed or mishandled order does not just waste time it costs real money in payroll, lost production, and duplicate purchases. Customer service was not good on my visit today. I asked 3 associates for help with the key machine. After waiting 10-15 minutes (after talking to 3 people and having them page for help) I ended up leaving and going to Ace Hardware to gety spare key made. If you need a spare key made, do Not go here. They are too busy to help you. Terrible customer service

Typically I'm a Lowe's customer faithfully. However it's easter Sunday, and we needed propane. We RV live, so it was super nice to be able to shop today. Not only did they have what we needed in stock, but the price was fair, and the staff welcomed me and Bubba with open arms, and great direction. Everyone went wild over my puppers, and that gets a five star from me Everytime! It was a pleasure chatting with associates, and to be free to walk my little guy through the isles ! Great job HD!
